There were multiple items that were not part of the house report that both the seller and Charla knew and did not disclose which led to immediate repairs within the house, i.e. leaking basement. During the negotiation process to close the deal was difficult as in my opinion we were burdening the seller by asking for a few things to be repaired. Once our inspection was completed it was stated that since our house we were looking at was old, safety items such as unsafe electrical which were brought up during our inspection should be understood and not something we should be requesting to have repaired to complete the deal.

We would have much rather dealt directly with her assistants which were more helpful and knowledgeable for the negotiations. We will not be re-listing with this realtor in the future. We would have been better off utilizing another realtor to find the property in lieu of going direct on the sale.

Charla was very responsive to our needs and goals for the sale of the property. She advised on the best way to list and show the property to achieve our goals. Once we had an interested buyer Charla worked hard to answer questions from both parties and do the leg work necessary to keep the process moving forward up to and through closing.
